Last night I dreamt of the perfect home, it was located in a quiet cul de sac at the base of Grouse Mountain. Our family went skiing and hiking together, then at the end of a long day - we sat in front of our wood burning fireplace and roasted marshmallows. The dream continued... I prepared for work the next day in my home office and the kids walked to school with their friends in the neighbourhood. I made a cup of coffee and looked out from my desk, on to nature, but my thoughts were not about work.. I was planning dinner for the friends we were having over that evening, because we love to entertain! The only troubling part of my dream was that I couldn't figure out if I should rent our suite to long term tenants or Air BNB. What would you do?
