Last night I dreamt of the perfect 2 bedroom condo. The layout was well designed and natural light filled the living area because it's situated on the South West corner of the building and offers stunning views of the Fraser River. The dream continued...I never had to worry about car expenses, or being stuck in traffic because the nearest SkyTrain Station was located directly beside the building. In fact, I could jump on the train from an exit in my parkade. How convenient!! All of my favourite restaurants and grocery stores were within walking distance and the area was maturing, so I think it's a great investment too. The only problem with my dream was that I couldn't figure out if I should rent out my parking stall or keep it, just in case. What would you do?
